TERMS

Please read the below before making a purchase…

PAYMENT
We accept Paypal, Bank Transfers and Personal Money Orders in Pounds Sterling.
All payments must be cleared before items will be posted. All information will be provided at Checkout, and also listed on our Invoice.
Please note, the listed price is the final price. No negotiations please.

SHIPPING

DOMESTIC

There are 3 set postage costs :
Small £5
Medium £10
Large £25

INTERNATIONAL
We will ship anywhere in the world, and will collaborate with you to find a service to suit.

PACKING
Small, non fragile items will be bubble wrapped and sent in a padded envelope or small box.
All fragile items will be sent in a strong box, with bubble wrap and styrofoam chips, and double boxing as necessary.

INSURANCE
All items are insured. Incase of damage or loss we will refund the money to the customer or will repair the item at our expense. In case of damages caused by the shipper the customer may be asked to claim the damage via the postal service.

RETURNS
If you decide that you do not want the item you have purchased you have 7 working days from receipt of goods to notify us of your decision. The customer will be responsible for the costs of re-shipment.
New Items must be in their original packaging, unused. Antiques must be in their purchased state. A refund will be granted once the item has been returned and inspected.

Please email us if you wish to use any of our content or images. We are reasonable here at Maison Dog so just ask!
An exception is Pintrest. If you wish to Pin our images you may - but please credit us!

INSPECTING ITEMS FIRST HAND
We are set to open a shop in South London in 2013. Before then please check out our Events page for upcoming Pop Up Shops etc.

Please note that any personal information obtained by Maison Dog during transactions, such as emails and addresses with be treated as strictly confidential. It will not be sold or passed on to other companies, or shared with anyone. Maison Dog will email you from time to time, if you join our Mailing List, to inform you of upcoming Events and Promotions relating only to Maison Dog. We know how annoying unwanted emails are; you will not get pointless daily or weekly emails from us!

AND FINALLY……
Please note that Maison Dog is a young, hip brand. We hope to make Antique Collecting fun. This is our first business and although we are experienced with Antiques, we are not Professional Valuers. We always try to describe condition, repairs and restorations as accurately as possible. If an item is a Reproduction we will state that in the item description. We will often buy items from other dealers in good faith (ie - it is what they say it is) There may sometimes be repairs that we are not aware of. Please take into consideration that most Antiques will show some wear as they are often over one hundred years old!
